At Valley Ridge Furniture, we are committed to providing a seamless delivery experience from our showroom to your home. Every detail—from packaging to placement—is handled with the care and quality you expect from our brand.
Shipping Pricing
We offer several delivery services depending on the size of your item and your location.
We've simplified our shipping prices to make costs more predictable and very attractive to our clients, while also providing access to our premium white glove delivery services on most shipments.
Small Items | Shipped via Small Parcel or Freight
All our decor items including rugs, throw pillows, wall art, lighting, etc. ship via small parcel and freight and are delivered completely free of charge across the US.
Mid Sized Items
Most of our furniture items fall into this category including recliners, sofas, dining tables & chairs, and more.
All mid-sized items added to an order will be included in a single flat fee delivery charge for our premium White Glove Delivery service (details below).
Standard Delivery: $249
Orders over $2,500: FREE Delivery
Heavy Items
This category includes only the heaviest furniture items which require additional staff to complete delivery.
Similar to the mid-sized items, all items in an order from the Heavy Items category will be included in a single, flat delivery fee.
Standard Delivery: $399
Orders over $7,000: FREE Delivery
Delivery Options
1. In-Home White Glove Delivery
Our premier service includes:
- Delivery appointment scheduling
- Unpacking and inspection of your furniture
- Placement in your room of choice
- Assembly of most items (excluding lighting and wall-mounted items)
- Removal of packaging materials available for large furniture items.
2. Threshold Delivery
Items are delivered to the first dry, secure area of your home (e.g., garage or front entry). Assembly and placement are not included.
3. Parcel Delivery (Small Items)
Smaller home décor and accessories are shipped via standard carriers (e.g., FedEx, Purolator, Canada Post) and typically arrive within 3–7 business days.
Shipping Timeframes
Custom Orders: Delivery times vary based on manufacturer lead times and will be confirmed upon order placement.
Accessories & Décor: Usually ship within 3–5 business days.

Important Delivery Notes
- Customers must ensure that entryways, hallways, and staircases are accessible for delivery.
- Any delivery restrictions (e.g., elevators, narrow passages) must be disclosed at time of purchase.
- Missed delivery appointments may be subject to re-delivery fees.
- Valley Ridge Furniture is not responsible for damage due to improper access or site conditions.
