Mattress Warranty: Our mattresses are covered by a 10-year limited warranty that protects against manufacturing defects.
Outdoor Furniture Warranty: The frames and structural components of outdoor furniture are covered for three years against defects. Outdoor fabrics have a one-year manufacturer's warranty.
Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, damage from improper use, exposure to extreme conditions, or modifications are not covered.
Warranty Claims: If you believe your product has a defect, please get in touch with our Customer Care team at info@valleyridge.ca or 506-452-0100. Proof of purchase and photos may be required.
