Gingham Machine Washable Rug

Gingham With Tulips

Soft bands cross in a gingham check, darker where they meet, with a small tulip in each square. Halfway down, the tulips turn to face the other end.

Blue or Blush

Blue sets blue bands on a pale grey ground; Blush uses a warm pink on a pale ground. Both come in the same nine sizes.

Wash the Smaller Sizes

Sizes 5' x 8' and smaller go in a 4.2 cubic foot or larger washer, cold, with a mild detergent and no bleach.

Low Polyester Pile

100% polyester, about 0.15 inch thick. Set the vacuum so the brush sits as far from the rug as it goes.

Product Description

Gingham is a Dash & Albert machine washable rug in a gingham check with a small tulip in the centre of each square. In Blue, blue bands cross on a pale grey ground; in Blush, the bands and tulips are a warm pink on a pale ground.

Both colours are 100% polyester with a pile about 0.15 inch high, and both are made in China. The 5' x 8' and smaller sizes wash at home in a 4.2 cubic foot or larger machine with cold water and a mild detergent. Skip the bleach, and hang or lay the rug flat to dry. The 6' x 9' and every larger size need spot cleaning or a professional extra-large washer.

Blue and Blush each come in nine sizes from 2' x 3' to 10' x 14', including a 2'6" x 8' runner.

Care

Vacuum regularly to clean up dirt and debris. When vacuuming, set the vacuum so that the brush is the furthest away from the surface of the carpet. Rug sizes 5'x8' and smaller are machine washable; for best results use a standard 4.2+ Cu. Ft. or larger washer machine. Wash separately using cold water and a mild detergent; do not bleach. Hang or lay flat to dry; do not machine dry. Due to size, we recommend either spot cleaning rug sizes 6'x9' and larger or having them professionally cleaned in an extra-large capacity washing machine. Please note: if your rug arrives folded, it may take up to two weeks for any creases to relax.
