The Signature base adds BalanceAdapt, a gentle rocking motion, to the Glide recline that follows your body weight.

Plus System Support

Head and lumbar support adjust together as you recline, so you can read or watch TV while leaning back.

Small, Medium and Large

Widths run from 31.5 inches on the Small to 36.6 on the Large, with seat heights from 16.9 to 17.7 inches.

Stressless builds Wing in Norway. We list 11 leather colours, 9 in Paloma and 2 in the thicker Velaro.

Product Description

Stressless Wing on the Signature base adds a gentle rocking motion to a recliner that already moves with you. BalanceAdapt rocks in the base, the Glide system reclines with your body weight and no levers, and the Plus system keeps your head and lower back supported. The base swivels 360 degrees.

Wing comes in Small, Medium and Large; the Medium is 33.1 inches wide with a 17.3 inch seat height. We list nine Paloma and two Velaro colours, and the base is wood in eight Stressless colours with a metal ring in matte black or polished aluminum. Wing is made in Norway. Stressless also makes it in Batick and Noblesse leather and in fabric, and an elevator kit raises the chair and ottoman on the Signature base. Ask us about either.

The Wing on the Classic base has the same recline and swivel without the rocking motion, and a 16.5 inch seat height in Medium.

This recliner is part of the Stressless Wing collection, which includes matching Classic Recliner and Classic Power Recliner.

    Dust weekly with a dry cloth. Clean the leather with the Stressless care kit at least every six months and reapply the protection cream after cleaning. Blot spills right away. No household cleaners, solvents or steam. Keep it a foot from heat sources and out of direct sun.

Limited Warranty

Stressless warranty

Ekornes, the maker of Stressless, warrants this recliner from the date of purchase:

  • 10 years on the internal mechanism: the Plus™ system and the metal frame, including the springs and glide system
  • 5 years on the base and foam: the chair and ottoman base (swivel ring, gas lift and extensions) and all foam and padding
  • 5 years on the motor and electrical parts of power recliners
  • 2 years on optional batteries
  • 1 year on the leather or fabric upholstery, including stitching and zippers, when it has been cared for following Ekornes guidelines

Some softening and indentation of the padding is normal break-in. The warranty covers the original buyer. Ekornes supplies replacement parts and pays their shipping; it does not cover other repair costs.

Not covered: fading, or roughness from heat or sunlight; damage from spills, body fluids or pets; damage from skipped care or from cleaners Ekornes doesn't recommend; and damage from moving, alteration, misuse or unauthorized repair.
