    Vacuum regularly. When vacuuming, set vacuum so that the brush is the furthest away from the surface of the carpet. For spot cleaning, immediately blot (do not rub) spills with white paper towels or a clean white absorbent cloth. Scoop up solids. If a cleaner must be used, test a small area before applying to the entire stain. Blot up the spill with a blotting motion and then rinse with clear water on a clean cloth, do not over saturate with water. We recommend annual professional cleaning.

Mattress Warranty: Our mattresses are covered by a 10-year limited warranty that protects against manufacturing defects.

Outdoor Furniture Warranty: The frames and structural components of outdoor furniture are covered for three years against defects. Outdoor fabrics have a one-year manufacturer's warranty.

Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, damage from improper use, exposure to extreme conditions, or modifications are not covered.

Warranty Claims: If you believe your product has a defect, please get in touch with our Customer Care team at info@valleyridge.ca or 506-452-0100. Proof of purchase and photos may be required.
