Champlain | Champlain Dining Chair

The Champlain dining chair carries the collection's name and its distressed finish: solid birch with knots, marks and worn edges that give it a lived-in look.

It's 21 1/4 inches wide, 23 deep and 41 high, with the wood seat at 18 1/2 inches (19 3/4 when upholstered). Canadel designs and tests its chairs to hold 450 lb and finishes each by hand with a catalyzed lacquer, which cleans with a damp cloth and mild soap.

The chair shown has a wood seat. Canadel also makes it with an upholstered seat in more than 150 fabrics, faux leathers, leathers and velvets, including Crypton and InsideOut performance fabrics, with arms, and with any of its leg options. We show six wood colours here, one with a black frame and a Spice Washed seat; Canadel offers more than 15, in its distressed finish or a heritage finish. Contact our team to order a colour or seat not shown.

If you're seating an island or counter as well as the table, there are two stools to choose from, both made to match this chair. The Champlain counter stool is the same design on a fixed base, shown with a wood seat in the same six colours as the chair. The 7232 counter stool swivels, and we show it with a wood seat and with an upholstered one.
