Downtown | Ply Dining Chair

The Ply dining chair keeps its footprint small: 22 1/4 inches deep and 21 3/4 wide, with an upholstered seat and back on a solid birch frame. It's one of the mid-century modern pieces in Canadel's Downtown collection.

It stands 31 1/2 inches high, with the seat 19 1/4 inches high and 16 1/2 deep. Canadel designs and tests its chairs to hold 450 lb, and it also makes the Ply as a swivel chair.

Canadel finishes the frame by hand with a catalyzed lacquer, which cleans with a damp cloth and mild soap. We show six wood colours here; Canadel offers more than 35, in a matte finish. The seats come in more than 150 fabrics, faux leathers, leathers and velvets; contact our team to order one not shown.

Canadel, a family company, has built dining furniture in Louiseville, Quebec since 1982. It makes the Ply to order, and it takes 6 to 8 weeks to reach our warehouse; we book your delivery from there. Furniture Warranty: We offer a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, effective from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified, depending on the product.

Mattress Warranty: Our mattresses are covered by a 10-year limited warranty that protects against manufacturing defects.

Outdoor Furniture Warranty: The frames and structural components of outdoor furniture are covered for three years against defects. Outdoor fabrics have a one-year manufacturer's warranty.

Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, damage from improper use, exposure to extreme conditions, or modifications are not covered.
