Downtown | Point Dining Chair

The Point dining chair comes with a plain upholstered back, as shown, or with a quilted one. Either way, the seat and back sit on a solid birch frame, finished by hand with a catalyzed lacquer that cleans with a damp cloth and mild soap.

It's 22 1/2 inches wide, 24 3/4 deep and 31 3/4 high, with the seat 18 3/4 inches high and 19 1/4 deep. Canadel designs and tests its chairs to hold 450 lb, and it also makes the Point as a swivel chair.

The seats shown are a selection of more than 150 fabrics, faux leathers, leathers and velvets. We show six wood colours here; Canadel offers more than 35, in the Downtown collection's matte finish. Contact our team to order a colour or seat not shown.

Where the kitchen has an island or counter as well as a table, the Point counter stool is the same design at counter height, with the same choice of a plain or quilted back. The collection also includes the Fjord dining table, the X Base dining table and the Marlo buffet.

Canadel, a family company, has built dining furniture in Louiseville, Quebec since 1982. It makes the Point to order, and it takes 6 to 8 weeks to reach our warehouse; we book your delivery from there. Delivery to your door is free. Furniture Warranty: We offer a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, effective from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified, depending on the product.

Mattress Warranty: Our mattresses are covered by a 10-year limited warranty that protects against manufacturing defects.

Outdoor Furniture Warranty: The frames and structural components of outdoor furniture are covered for three years against defects. Outdoor fabrics have a one-year manufacturer's warranty.

Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, damage from improper use, exposure to extreme conditions, or modifications are not covered.
