Vacuum regularly to clean up dirt and debris. When vacuuming, set the vacuum so that the brush is the furthest away from the surface of the carpet. Rug sizes 5'x8' and smaller are machine washable; for best results use a standard 4.2+ Cu. Ft. or larger washer machine. Wash separately using cold water and a mild detergent; do not bleach. Hang or lay flat to dry; do not machine dry. Due to size, we recommend either spot cleaning rug sizes 6'x9' and 8' x10' or having them professionally cleaned in an extra-large capacity washing machine. Please note: if your rug arrives folded, it may take up to two weeks for any creases to relax.

Furniture Warranty: We offer a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, effective from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified, depending on the product.

Mattress Warranty: Our mattresses are covered by a 10-year limited warranty that protects against manufacturing defects.

Outdoor Furniture Warranty: The frames and structural components of outdoor furniture are covered for three years against defects. Outdoor fabrics have a one-year manufacturer's warranty.

Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, damage from improper use, exposure to extreme conditions, or modifications are not covered.

Warranty Claims: If you believe your product has a defect, please get in touch with our Customer Care team at info@valleyridge.ca or 506-452-0100. Proof of purchase and photos may be required.
